Our largest vendor sponsor promoted a custom web designer which required money every time we wanted to make a change. The same sponsor gave us marketing dollars to buy email lists which in three years yielded enough leads in concert with our other activities to create a $1M business. Then, Constant Contact fired us, and we were left with an antiquated email system. Our prospects were searching for our online solutions and choosing our competitors. We continued to be encouraged to purchase these lists, yet our business was on a trajectory to produce half the revenue of the year before. We worked with several other business and marketing advisors, yet none could give us a solid plan. Enter RSE – we saw that we were in jail, and that it was a multistep migration to freedom. We spent less money than on other consultants and lists, and now we are back on track to exceed our best year’s revenue goals. Thanks, RSE – DM, Austin, TX.
